Episode begins with Virat asking Pakhi why she came downstairs in this state.
She tells him to stay away from her and feels immense pain. She says he doesn't even consider her existence in his life so why does he care now?
He rescued Sai and not her. She is fed up with his false promises. Virat replies it was not intentional but she refuses to hear any of his excuses.
Virat doesnt let Sai go to Pakhi
Pakhi says if he again comes close to her then she will attempt suicide which shocks the Chavans.
Vinayak calls Sai and asks her to come to check Pakhi as she is unwell.
Sai leaves for Virat's house and Pulkit checks Pakhi. Virat stops Sai from going to Pakhi as the latter might get restless seeing her.
Sai says but Vinayak notified her about Pakhi so she wants to follow up. Virat asks her to leave as Pulkit is doing his duty. Pakhi is Pulkit's patient.
Bhavani says she can't let Sai come in. Sai leaves and Chavans feel he took the right decision. Virat can't sleep as Pakhi is in pain.
Later Sai types her resignation letter and Ashwini advises Virat to show some love and affection to Pakhi which she demands.
Virat says he cant love her way he loved Sai. But he will try his best to fulfil his duty towards Pakhi.
Sai gives her resignation letter to Virat and adds she doesn't need any further drama in future because of this job. Virat gets surprised seeing that.
Precap- Vinayak talks to Sai and Savi over video call. Pakhi asks Virat about her place in his life. He takes phera with her and accept her in front of Chavans. Sai gets heartbroken to witness that.
